Omezujte sladkosti, kde nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 vl\u00e1knina, a kter\u00e9 jen podporuj\u00ed ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed podko\u017en\u00edho tuku.
